The Role
Someone who can take an idea, a messy workflow, or a rough sketch and turn it into a real product. Clean frontend. Solid backend. Shipped to production.
You will own features end to end. Not in theory. In reality.
Your work will not sit in tickets or documents. You will build it. Ship it. Improve it. Fast.
You will work directly with the founders and the team, shaping products from zero to delivery. This is a startup. There is no phrases like "this is not my job."

What You'll Do
- Design and build complete features across frontend and backend
- Turn rough ideas into working prototypes and production-ready software
- Build clean, modern UIs and connect them to real data and logic
- Implement APIs, database models, and business logic
- Work with authentication, integrations, and third-party services
- Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GPT Codex, v0) to move faster
- Collaborate closely with founders to shape product decisions
- Adapt fast across 20+ industries (logistics, ecommerce, fintech, etc.)
- Improve code quality, performance, and developer experience
